✅ Our Proven Process
✅ 1. Intro Call or Plan Review
We begin by reviewing your architectural plans, elevations, and garage door callouts to fully understand the scope of your build. Whether you’re still in design or framing is already underway, we assess the drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and aesthetics. From there, we confirm details like style intent, clearances, timeline, and preferences — so you’re not dealing with surprises later. If needed, we’ll walk the jobsite to verify measurements or coordinate directly with your team.
✅ 2. Detailed Estimating & Product Consultation
You’ll receive a clear, professional estimate — tailored to your build. We offer insight on lead times, material selections (like thermally modified wood, Insulated Glass, Steel Thickness, Powdercoated Finish), R-values, track types (high lift, low headroom, standard), finish options, stain & paint recommendations, and even seal placement — interior, exterior, or both.
Need motors? We’ll advise on LiftMaster models, camera options, and confirm door balance weights to ensure longevity and performance.
If it’s a wood door: we’ll help you choose the groove profile, joint detail, smooth or rough texture, stain, coating or paint finish, and whether the client prefers a clean or knotty look. Every decision matters.
✅ 3. Pre-Install Coordination
We communicate directly with the site superintendent or builder to ensure the door rough openings, header support blocking for spring anchor points, backroom & sideroom clearance, operator blocking, and electrical are all on track before installation.
No guesswork — just coordination that prevents costly delays and surprises.
✅ 4. Expert Installation
Every door is installed cleanly, safely, and to spec — whether it’s laser-leveling the spring line for perfect balance, reinforcing the header for oversized wood doors, or through-bolting safety eyes to exceed UL325 compliance.
Our certified, hands-on technicians know this trade inside and out. No shortcuts. No call-backs. Just solid, reliable installs done right the first time.
✅ 5. Final Walkthrough & Support
We confirm SAFE, smooth operation, program remotes, and review best practices for care and maintenance.
We don’t ghost our builders. We’re still available after the job’s done — you have our number, and you’ll get a response.
We aim to walk through the system with the end user, explaining every function — from motor disconnect in an emergency to when it’s time to call us. Our goal is to service the door for life.
